The 1940's entertainment

While moving towards the end of 1940s entertainment, we find that Blues, Jazz, Be-pop and rhythm became quite popular. Modern jazz was first called Be-pop and then later on it turned into modern jazz. 1940’s entertainment gave us so many new forms of music which are truly acclaimed in the music industry of 21st century. Charlie Parker, Dizzie Gillespie and Herman were some of the people who helped in developing the modern Jazz form of music. When the television came into existence, the radio became less popular. Television used to be a luxury at that time and many people from the same neighborhood used to get together at a single place to watch a family entertainment program.
